Because of the wide range of applications and required properties, different process technologies are needed. These include single- and multi-component adhesives, epoxy resins, and polyurethane and structural adhesives. The chosen processing method depends on the adhesive’s characteristics, such as the temperature at which automated processing is most efficient, the length of time the adhesive takes to cure and additional factors that can speed up the process, such as humidity; heat or light. That is why we tailor our bonding and assembly systems to your exact specifications. Our dosing systems are suitable for cleaning, priming, bonding, sealing, damming, swirling and boosting. Our fluid feed system and barrel pumps can handle adhesives, hotmelt, butyl and sealants in both unheated and fully heated systems.
